Homai. Ural-Batyr

The epic "Ural-Batyr" and its existence confirm that Bashkirs are one of the most ancient peoples with a rich history. Although the epic has already been studied enough, it is still possible to find many hidden answers to difficult questions. It is not for nothing that he is considered one of the most mysterious works of world literature. The themes of the global flood, the struggle of good and evil, the formation of the Ural Mountains and many others. In addition, the epic contains storylines that are absent from the culture of other Turkic peoples.

From a literary point of view, Ural-Batyr is a kubair that has been adapted for musical performance. It was a kind of recitative, and the way AY YOLA was performed was another reference. Kubairs were usually recited to the accompaniment of dumbyra or kurai. The epic consists of 4,576 poetic and 19 prose lines and is divided into three parts. Interestingly, the epic memorization competition among schoolchildren has been held for a long time and attracts a large number of participants, despite its complex presentation and volume. Part one. Meeting with Homai and getting married, but not with her. In general, "Ural-Batyr" tells about the creation of the world and the formation of the moral and ethical qualities of the entire Bashkir people. The main character fights for happiness, resisting evil, which takes on various forms, echoing characters from Turkic, Slavic and even Iranian mythologies. Isn't this the secret of the international success of Homai's song?

Bright Park. Ufa

I will tell you about one place in Ufa where you can walk and spend time this is a small park in the new neighborhood "Bright" in the Demsky district of the city. Over the past decade, the neighborhood has been rapidly being built and developed, attracting bright colors of new high-rise buildings. It is especially popular among young families, there is already a school and kindergartens here. But we are not talking about a modern residential complex, but about a cozy park between new houses and Kustarevsky Lake.

When I first visited this small park, I was pleasantly surprised to find a place where you can take a leisurely walk in the shade of trees, relax on benches in gazebos and admire the "works" of modern park art, for example, low flattened houses that look funny.
There's also a good lighting idea there, but I couldn't appreciate its originality and effectiveness since I was there only during the day. In the center of the park, in addition to the cartoon houses, there is a green camel and three blue cubes with a pattern next to it, but to be honest, I did not understand what exactly the organizers wanted to show.
In addition, there is a small wooden building that serves as a coffee shop and a rental point for children's electric cars. Perhaps this is all that this square can boast of. Although, if you walk to the end, you can see a narrow but rather beautiful lake with a small beach and barbecue areas on the shore. Then there are paths along the lake with tables, benches and stationary barbecues. There are usually no empty seats here, this place is obviously popular.

TOP 30. Main attractions of Ufa

Ufa, the capital of Bashkiria, is located in the Southern Urals near the banks of the Belaya River. The city was founded at the end of the XVI century and, as it is believed, has never been conquered. First of all, Ufa is known for its distinctive architecture, preserved here since the XVIIIXIX centuries: pre-revolutionary houses, temples, mosques and many other buildings will delight any fan of architecture. Nevertheless, the main asset of the city and the whole of Bashkiria are people. Ufa and the region are home to both Russians and representatives of other ethnic groups: Bashkirs, Tatars, Chuvash, Mari, Ukrainians, etc. After visiting the city, don't even think about leaving until you taste the excellent local cuisine and join the centuries-old traditions. Ufa is able to find an approach even to the most demanding tourists, and we have just selected for you the 30 best sights of the city.

1. Monument to Salavat Yulaev

Every Bashkir knows the poet Salavat Yulaev as a national hero and revolutionary. Films were shot in his honor, books were written, plays were staged, streets, a hockey club and cultural institutions were named. Salavat Yulaev is also honored in monuments located throughout Bashkortostan, and the most famous of them stands in Ufa. The sculpture, almost 10 meters high, depicts a national hero riding a horse with a whip in his hands and a saber at his side. The monument was cast for a month and a half at the Leningrad factory and was installed in 1967. The installation site was one of the city's hills, offering scenic views. The monument to Salavat Yulaev occupies an honorable place in the list of 7 wonders of Bashkortostan along with Yangan Tau Mountain, Shulgan Tash cave and Bashkir honey, known for its healing properties. Coordinates: 54.718506504833286, 55.92577632726019

2. Lala-Tulpan Mosque

In the second half of the 80s, perestroika began in the USSR, which marked the beginning of the revival of religious life in the country. In 1989, shortly before the collapse of the Soviet Union, the construction of the Ufa mosque "Lala-Tulip" began. It got its name thanks to two 53-meter minarets, whose roofs really resemble the shape of a flower. The shape of tulips also has a symbolic meaning, because this flower has long been considered a symbol of spring and rebirth among the Turkic peoples. The mosque not only hosts religious services, but also operates a madrasa, a Muslim theological seminary where adults and children study religion. Architecturally, the mosque building does not look like other temples, which is why it immediately attracts attention. Lala-Tulpan is one of the main mosques in Russia, where the Chief Mufti of Russia holds services on Muslim religious holidays. Address: Ufa, Komarova str., 5.

3. Gostiny Dvor

Gostiny Dvor appeared at the beginning of the 19th century, when Ufa became the main provincial city. Here, visiting merchants could sell their wares and find shelter for a few nights. The grandiose classical-style building served as a decoration of the city for a long time, but by the second half of the 20th century it had fallen into disrepair and was abandoned. In the 90s, only ruins remained of Gostiny Dvor, which were already about to be demolished, but the urban community came to the defense here. They decided to reconstruct the building, but in fact only a corner remained of the original Gostiny dvor, and the rest of the building was built in the late nineties. Just like two centuries ago, trade is now in full swing inside, cafes, restaurants and other entertainment venues are open. Address: Ufa, Verkhnetorgovaya ploshchad str., 1.

4. Fountain "Seven girls"

For hundreds of years, the Bashkir legend of seven sisters with a sad fate has been passed from mouth to mouth. Each of them was a beauty, and they had no equal in work, song and dance. One day their settlement was attacked, the men were killed, and the girls were imprisoned and their legs were injured so that they could not escape. However, the sisters were freedom-loving and decided to escape even through pain, and when they stood between the sea and the horsemen, they preferred to drown than spend at least another day in slavery. In memory of them, the Seven Girls fountain was opened in Ufa's Theater Square, where each sculpture illustrates one of the sisters. The prototypes were the members of the Miras dance ensemble, whose repertoire includes the dance "Yote kyz" "Seven Girls". Address: Ufa, Theater Square.

5. National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan

This national museum is recognized as one of the oldest in Russia, because it was founded in 1864. For more than 30 years, the main branch of the museum has been located in a building that belonged to a bank before the Revolution and was later transferred to government agencies. The exhibition tells about the history of Bashkiria from different points of view, starting from the Stone Age and ending with Modern times. Among the exhibits you will see archaeological finds, household items, weapons, antique jewelry, etc. Numismatists will especially like visiting the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan, because the museum's collection includes more than 16,000 copies of coins from different eras. Address: Ufa, Sovetskaya St., 14.

6. M. V. Nesterov Art Museum

The painter Mikhail Vasilyevich Nesterov, after whom the Ufa Art Museum is named, was one of its founders. The idea of creating such an institution had been maturing for him for several years, and for the sake of its implementation he was ready to allocate the territory of his estate. However, this was not necessary, because the Revolution broke out, and with it the nationalization of property. During these events, the mansion of the local merchant Laptev became state property, and after that it was transferred to organize a museum. The first exhibits were obtained from Nesterov's personal collection, and over the years their number has constantly increased. Today, the Ufa Art Museum boasts works of art by not only Russian, but also foreign masters. Address: Ufa, Gogol St., 27.

7. Memorial House-Museum of S. T. Aksakov

Writer and critic Sergey Timofeevich Aksakov, best known for the fairy tale "The Scarlet Flower", was born and spent his childhood in Ufa. The writer's father's house is located on the banks of the Belaya River and is one of the brightest monuments of wooden architecture of the second half of the XVIII century. Since its foundation, the house belonged to the Aksakov family, and under the USSR it was given to the library. In the early 1980s, restoration began, and after that the opening of the Sergei Timofeevich house Museum took place. From the local exposition, visitors will be able to learn not only about the writer's life and creative quest, but also to see the way of life of wealthy Russians of the XVIIIXIX centuries. In addition to the permanent exhibition, conferences, literary and musical evenings are regularly held at the house museum. Address: Ufa, Zainulla Rasuleva str., 4.

8. Salavat Yulaev's Garden

This Ufa garden has repeatedly changed its name, bearing the names of statesman N. E. Bogdanovich and revolutionaries E. S. Sazonov and N. K. Krupskaya over the years. The garden was opened in 1900 and over the years it gradually expanded, improved and became more attractive for leisurely evening walks. In the late 80s, it fell into disrepair: the statues were damaged, the paths were overgrown with grass, and there was no trace of the former comfort of the gazebos. At the beginning of the two thousandth, funds were gradually found for the reconstruction of the garden, after which it was improved and again became a favorite place of Ufa residents. The gazebos in Salavat Yulaev's garden offer excellent views of the Belaya River, and the picturesque Bridge of Love serves as a place of pilgrimage for all couples who want to symbolically seal their union by fastening the lock to the railing. Address: Ufa, ul. Salavata, 22.

9. Museum of Archeology and Ethnography

The Southern Urals, of which Bashkiria is a part, has always been a region with a rich history stretching back to ancient times. During the expeditions, thousands of artifacts were found, which gave historians and ethnographers an idea of how the local peoples lived long before us. The exhibition will introduce both the simplest everyday life and show the gold jewelry of our ancestors, the quality and craftsmanship of which will be the envy of the best jewelers of our time. It is for the sake of the Sarmatian gold collection that many tourists seek to visit the Ufa Museum of Archeology and Ethnography. All these riches were extracted from the burial mounds where the tribal leaders were buried, along with gold dishes, jewelry, statuettes and other things that would be needed in the afterlife. Address: Ufa, Karl Marx St., 6.

10. Monument of Friendship

In 1557, an agreement was signed, after which the territory of Bashkortostan became part of the Russian state. In honor of the four hundredth anniversary of the annexation, construction of the Friendship Monument began in Ufa in 1957. The dominant feature of the composition is a thirty—meter-high stele, at the base of which Bashkir and Russian women sit holding laurel wreaths symbolizing peace and prosperity. It is noteworthy that Ufa once began from here, because the Ufa Kremlin was located on the site of the monument many years ago, which disappeared from the face of the city at the end of the XVIII century. The tricentennial Smolensk Cathedral was also located here, but in 1930 it was blown up as part of the USSR's struggle against religion. In 2007, in honor of the 450th anniversary of the annexation of Bashkortostan, the monument was restored, and the surrounding area was improved. Coordinates: 54.71183817626718, 55.96344676443169

11. The First Ufa Cathedral Mosque

This mosque was founded in 1830 and was built with the money of philanthropist Mukmin Khozyaseitov. For almost a hundred years, it remained the main mosque in Russia, and during the Soviet era it continued its activities and was the only functioning mosque in Ufa. The mosque is popularly known as the Tukayevskaya mosque, as it is located on the street of the same name, named after a famous family of religious figures, the Tukayevs. Architecturally, it has typical mosque forms, but the facades clearly show the influence of classicism, popular in the first half of the 19th century. One of the most valuable relics of the mosque is a lock of hair from the beard of the Prophet Muhammad, which was presented by Turkish Muslims at the end of the 19th century. A madrasa has also been opened at the mosque, where children study the Koran and the basics of the Muslim faith. Address: Ufa, ul. Tukaeva, 52.

12. Republican Museum of Military Glory

During the Great Patriotic War, dozens of enterprises were evacuated to Ufa, whose production made a significant contribution to the country's victory. Ufa residents who fought the enemy directly on the front line made an even greater contribution. In memory of their feat, the Museum of Military Glory was opened in the city on May 8, 2000. From notes, documents and personal belongings, you can learn about the individual fates of those who returned from the front and those who stayed there forever. Many types of uniforms, weapons and military equipment will surely be interesting for both adults and children, and installations depicting moments from battles and peaceful life will help to better immerse themselves in the atmosphere of that time. Address: Ufa, Komarova str., 7.

13. Lenin House Museum

Vladimir Lenin visited Ufa twice, and during the second visit, together with his wife Nadezhda Krupskaya, he rented a house on Dostoevsky Street. The current museum is located in the house next door, rebuilt by architect Adamovich in order to convey the spirit and atmosphere of that time. Vladimir Ilyich's wife personally supervised the organization and arrangement of the museum, and at her insistence, part of the exhibition is devoted to the personal life and revolutionary activities of the leader of the proletariat. In addition to the interior of the house, the surroundings outside are beautifully recreated. Manors and other buildings of the early 20th century, the time when Vladimir Lenin visited Ufa, were specially reconstructed for this purpose. Address: Ufa, Dostoevsky str., 78.

14. Ufa Lemonary

In 1981, Bashkiria decided to grow its own lemons, for which they specially purchased seedlings from Tashkent. Greenhouses were built on an area of 2 hectares, in which lemons began to be actively planted by 1990. Today, more than 1,000 lemon trees grow in the garden, providing a harvest of two dozen tons annually. In addition to lemons, other citrus, exotic and red book plants are grown in greenhouses. Here you can easily see palm trees, coffee trees, kiwis, figs, feijoa, etc. Part of the greenhouses of the Ufa Lemonarium is open to the public, so if you want to see firsthand how exotic fruits grow, then be sure to sign up for an excursion. Address: Ufa, Mendeleeva str., 152/2.

15. Ufa State Tatar Theater "Nur"

In 1912, a nineteen-year-old girl named Sahibjamal Gizzatullina-Volzhskaya organized the Tatar theater troupe "Nur", where she acted as an actress and stage director. For 6 years, the artists managed to tour most of Russia, but in 1918 the band broke up due to the outbreak of the Civil War. The Nur Theater was revived only 81 years later. Of course, there is no one left from the former team, but the theater has continued its centuries-old traditions and is engaged in staging plays mainly by Tatar and Bashkir playwrights: G. Kulakhmetov, M. Faizi, S. Ramiev, etc. It is noteworthy that all performances are performed in the Tatar language, and simultaneous interpretation is provided for Russian-speaking visitors. The Nur Theater is a great way to experience the great and colorful Tatar and Bashkir art. Address: Ufa, ul. 50 years of the USSR, 36.

16. Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre

The founding day of the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater is considered to be December 14, 1938, when the premiere of the opera "The Beautiful Miller's Wife", written by the Italian composer Giovanni Paisiello, took place on the stage. The theater is interesting because familiar classical works can be seen and heard in a new frame, which gives them the Bashkir language. The repertoire includes productions by both domestic and foreign authors: "Swan Lake" by P. I. Tchaikovsky, "Don Juan" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, "Carmen" by Georges Bizet and many others. Architecture lovers will also be interested in the theater building itself, because it is a representative of the classicism of the early 20th century. Address: Ufa, Lenin St., 5/1.

17. Botanical Garden-Institute of the National Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences

Like any institute, the Bashkir Agricultural Research Institute had its own botanical garden, where research and educational activities were conducted. Now the institute has been renamed, but the botanical garden has been continuing its activities for 90 years. The garden area covers more than 20 hectares, which contains thousands upon thousands of plant species, both familiar to our latitudes and exotic, growing in greenhouses. Here you can see some of the rarest plants in the world, and if botany is not very interesting to you, then a walk through the garden alleys can be a pleasant and soothing pastime. Address: Ufa, Mendeleev St., 135.

18. Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin

Ufa Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary is recognizable due to its 47-meter bell tower towering over the temple. The cathedral was built at the turn of the 19th20th centuries, and in 1909 it was consecrated and the first service was held. Until 1934, the church continued to operate, at the same time as a hospital, but after that it was closed and converted into a cinema. For these needs, a number of floors had to be demolished, which is why the cathedral lost some of its original appearance. However, in 1991, the temple was returned to the church and a 15-year restoration began, during which the temple was expanded and the bell tower was added. Today, the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary welcomes all believers who have come to worship numerous church relics, including the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God. Address: Ufa, Kirova str., 102.

19. Mazhit Gafuri Academic Drama Theater

The history of the Mazhit Gafuri Drama Theater, awarded with prestigious Russian and foreign awards, began back in 1919. His troupe had been forming for a long time, and among the actors were former members of the aforementioned Nur Theater. Like other Ufa groups, the Mazhit Gafuri Drama Theater mainly presents plays by Russian writers in its repertoire. By the way, a play by Mazhit Gafuri himself, namely "Blackface", was also staged on the local stage. Even after 100 years, the theater is actively continuing its activities and remains in demand among the audience. If you are not a fan of theaters, then at least take a look at the building itself, which is recognized as an architectural monument. Address: Ufa, Zaki Validi str., 34.

20. S. T. Aksakov Garden of Culture and Recreation

More than 200 years ago, the parents of the writer S. T. Aksakov acquired the estate, where the famous writer was born in 1791. As the years passed, the site was resold from one hand to another, until it was bought out by the merchant Vidneev at the end of the 19th century. Then, using the achievements of the previous owners, a public park was laid out on the territory of the estate, which already had attractions, restaurants and other entertainment. Throughout its history, Aksakov Park has suffered a lot of troubles, and the last one happened in the 60s of the last century: part of the park was flooded, which killed the plantings of the XIX century. Something was saved, but for the most part all the trees in the park are relatively new and young plantings, which, however, does not detract from their beauty. Throughout its history, Aksakov Park has been a cultural place where literary and musical evenings have been held. This state of affairs persists today, so walking along the alleys and ponds, you can enjoy the music and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the garden. Address: Ufa, Pushkin St., 112/2.

21. Ar-Rahim Cathedral Mosque

It is known that Allah has 99 names, and the third of them, Ar-Rahim, was named the new mosque in Ufa. The foundation stone was laid in 2007, but the construction has not been completed to this day. To all Ufa residents, the Ar-Rahim mosque is known as one of the main long-term buildings of the city, because due to corruption scandals and constant financial problems, its opening was repeatedly postponed. Initially, 2015 was called the year of opening, then 2017 and 2019, but now the construction is promised to be completed by 2024. When Ar-Rahim is completed, it will become one of the largest mosques in Russia, and Ufa Muslims will receive a new place for prayer, because Lala-Tulpan and the First Cathedral Mosque can no longer accommodate everyone on holidays. Address: Ufa, Kommunisticheskaya str., 131.

22. Youth Theater named after Mustaya Karim

The youth Theater, named after the poet Mustai Karim, is one of the youngest in Ufa. Most of the actors, as you might have guessed, are very young, which did not prevent them from achieving great success. The theater has participated in many national and international festivals, where it has repeatedly won prizes. If you're tired or just not a fan of classic plays and long-winded operas, then the theater is. Mustaya Karima will be a great way to join the theatrical art. There will definitely be something interesting for you in the theater's repertoire, and performances on the chamber stage will help you look at familiar works from a new angle. Address: Ufa, Lenin St., 62.

23. Ivan Yakutov Park

More than a hundred years ago, there was a cemetery on the territory where the I. Yakutov Park is now located. At the end of the 19th century, it was closed, and even later part of the territory was given over to the development of the park. The founder is considered to be police chief G. G. Bukhartovsky, who had been petitioning for the creation of the park for a long time, and finally achieved his goal in March 1904. Gradually, the cemetery and the surrounding area turned into a spacious and cozy park with greenery, paths, benches, monuments and other relevant attributes. Today, the Ivan Yakutov Park is known for its variety of attractions, sports fields, a children's railway and many more entertainment for every taste and color. One of the traditions among Ufa newlyweds is to attach a lock to the wedding tree and throw the key into the lake in order to seal the marriage in this way. Address: Ufa, Lenin St., 65/3.

24. Mazhit Gafuri Park

Mazhit Gafuri Park is another place where citizens and visitors of the city like to stroll in their free time. On the spacious territory there are places for walking, as well as entertainment complexes with attractions and summer cafes. In winter, everyone can get up on skates and go to the ice rink or ski along the snow-covered alleys. In the coming years, it is planned to carry out a complete reconstruction, during which they promise to install sports complexes and a swimming pool in the park. Also, if everything goes well, a small monorail train will travel around the park along a scenic route. While visiting the park, pay attention to the 48-meter Ferris wheel "Seventh Heaven", recognized as one of the tallest attractions in Russia. We think it's not worth talking about the breathtaking views of the city from above. Address: Ufa, pr-t street. October, 77/1.

25. The Hanging Stone Rock

Ufa is known not only for its historical and architectural attractions, but also for its natural ones. The proof of this is the Hanging Stone rock, famous for the eponymous ledge hanging high above the Belaya River. It used to be much larger, but in the 1980s a collapse occurred and most of the ledge fell into the river. There was an ancient settlement on the territory of the rock, in the 19th century there was the estate of Governor Balkashin, and under the USSR the NKVD training center. Now the Hanging Stone is completely at the mercy of nature, except for dozens of tourists who visit it daily for the sake of beautiful photos. In addition, the route to the rock will be akin to a small hike, during which you will discover many picturesque places. Once at the ledge, be careful, because no one knows when it might collapse. Coordinates: 54.790520037879034, 56.02047969326921

26. Sofyushkina alley

The alley, stretching from Tukaev Street to Zainula-Rasulev Street, appeared in the 1860s, it is believed, thanks to the efforts of Governor Aksakov's wife, Sofia Alexandrovna. Indeed, she had a hand in creating the garden, but what we see today is the remains of Ushakovsky Boulevard: Sophia's Garden was cut down in the 1930s, and the territory was given over to the construction of warehouses. Nevertheless, the name of the alley is still closely associated with the name of Sofia Alexandrovna, although she, in fact, has nothing to do with her. There are many historical sights along the alley: merchant houses, Ufa's First Cathedral Mosque, Governor's House, etc. Due to such a concentration of attractions, Sofyushkina Alley can easily claim to be the most touristic in Ufa. However, there are no other pedestrian alleys in the city, so there is no one to compete with. Address: Ufa, Tukaeva St.

27. Ufa City Planetarium

The Soviet Union was sensitive to the issue of space exploration, so in the 20th century, many planetariums appeared in the country. Ufa was built in 1964 and is the only one in the entire territory of Bashkortostan. Until 1988, the youth observatory was located nearby, but for some reason it was decided to demolish it. Nevertheless, the planetarium itself continued to work, and in the nineties, and then in the two thousandth, it went for technical modernization. Modern equipment is currently installed inside, which will provide visitors with maximum immersion in outer space. In addition to the dome show, the planetarium is engaged in educational activities and regularly hosts exhibitions, conferences and festive events. Address: Ufa, pr-t street. October, 79/2.

28. Victory Park

Victory Park was founded 2 years after the end of the Great Patriotic War in 1947. A memorial complex was erected in memory of the liberator soldiers, as well as monuments to Red Army heroes, marshals and commanders. The park is also rich in various military equipment, among which you can find the T-34 tank and later combat vehicles that participated in the wars in Afghanistan and Chechnya. Victory Park is traditionally a place of folk festivals, where people gather not only on Victory Day, but also to celebrate weddings, City Days, and the first and last calls at educational institutions. There are also attractions in the park, and there used to be a ski slope on one of the slopes, but the lift, alas, was dismantled many years ago. Address: Ufa, Komarova str., 5/1.

29. Kashkadan Park

As you may have noticed, there are quite a lot of parks in Ufa where citizens and visitors of the city can spend their leisure time. In some ways they are similar to each other, but in some ways they differ, Kashkadan is one of the unique Ufa parks. Most of the territory is reserved for cyclists and fans of slightly more extreme sports, such as skateboarding or windsurfing. Thanks to the lake, water sports are especially developed in Kashkadana, and those who like to sunbathe and just swim will be able to fully satisfy their needs on the beach, where there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Kashkadan is not devoid of other typical park attributes, such as attractions, alleys for walking and summer cafes. Therefore, if you get tired of looking at the Ufa sights, set aside a day and visit Kashkadan to relax your body and soul. Address: Ufa, Marshal Zhukov St., 31.

30. Dudkin tunnels

The Dudkin tunnels are not the most tourist-oriented place, but they are no less interesting. At the beginning of the 20th century, gypsum mining was carried out here, but by 1950 production had stopped and the tunnels were abandoned. All the passageways were mothballed and securely closed, but, as it turned out, not very well. Curious tourists, especially diggers, were able to infiltrate the Dudkin tunnels, and less experienced researchers rushed there after them. The intricate tunnel system stretches for more than 2.5 kilometers, and it is quite easy to get entangled in the intricacies of the local corridors. Therefore, if you are not confident in your abilities, it is better to get to the Dudkin tunnels as part of an excursion, rather than alone. If you do get ready, we recommend that you stock up on the memory on your cameras and phones and put on rubber boots, as part of the tunnels is flooded. Coordinates: 54.719189, 56.026278
